Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), Great achievements cannot be obtained in a bureaucratic and forceful atmosphere, Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei has said.
Collective motivation is the driving force behind great achievements, the Leader said in an address to members of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
He also underscored the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, and quality of work, saying that the easiest way to do a task is not necessarily the best way.
Imam Khamenei added that faith and conscience are factors that motivate people.
